Classic Photographers interview questions

Fill out form, immediately hired. Very easy, however to become a first shooter you must extensively set up your profile to be considered. Then you receive an on board call to walk you through the steps of getting your profile live.

There is basically no interview; just an online questionnaire which basically any photographer would easily pass. This should have been a HUGE red flag. When I tried to get in touch with the company to learn more about the position, all I got was a series of automated emails congratulating me on being hired and giving me instructions on how to set myself up in their system. At no point did I talk to a real human until I demanded it several times.
