In the beginning, I had a quite simple Zoom call with HR: all questions were job-description-related, and I was told in advance that cameras would be turned off for whatever reason. Then there was a cognitive test, which was not the easiest I've seen, so I didn't pass on the first attempt. Fortunately, they gave me a second chance. The same day I passed the cognitive test, they wrote me an email in a couple of hours, and even called 20 minutes later (by phone) to schedule the next interview in a timely manner. The third interview was quite an informal chat with a VP of marketing, who was friendly and easy-going on a level that is hardly possible for any C-managers I've seen before. I even thought she was an HR or a team member. As I wrote, the chat was quite informal, all questions were general (have you experience with...? and with...? and with...?) and easy. There were a couple of behavioral questions, but again, the most frequent ones (tell me about a time you convinced... you've failed...).
I wasn't selected as a result, but there was supposed to be one more case-study-presentation interview, and that would be it.
The process was fairly easy, they gave me a second attempt with a cognitive test, called me via phone so I wouldn't miss an email, and asked only general questions during all interviews, plus I think its important to highlight the outstanding level of friendliness from the VP. Personally, it wasn't a fit - but it's only my opinion. Good luck everyone!
