I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at ClassPass (New York, NY) in Aug 2015
Interview
One of the absolute worst interview experiences I've ever been through. I applied through their website which was a rather lengthy task considering I had to complete an essay assignment and cover letter just to submit. An in house recruiter reached out to me 2 weeks later to set up an intro phone interview. I had that call and was then given another task (essay test) to perform in order to make it to the next interview level. I worked really hard on it and completed it ahead of the designated time limit. I was then contacted and told I was going to be scheduled for an in person interview. ( by the way, each and every step of scheduling interview rounds was extremely difficult bc the in-house recruiter would go silent for days on end, she never responded promptly.) Anyway, I finally had the chance to come in for my interview, and to my surprise, the girl I was told to ask for upon arrival hadn't any clue she was supposed to meet with me! Once she had time to put herself together, grab her stuff, and take us into a conference room, she proceeded to read from a screen and ask me about 30 random hypothetical questions. The hour session was so bizarre and the girl seemed really inexperienced. I also met with another girl before leaving, and she too asked me almost the same exact questions(?). I followed up regarding next steps, sent thank you notes, and never heard a peep back. I'm talking nothing, recruiter never responded to any of my communication. Unfortunately this situation wasted a ton of my time and was really really disappointing. Huge lack of respect for me and my time on their part. I used to gush about how much I loved ClassPass to everyone I knew. Not anymore, ha!!

Question 1
If you were to die, and someone had to give your eulogy at your funeral, what would you hope they'd say?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ClassPass in Oct 2024
Interview
Had a 4 step process. It was pretty smooth, quick and everyone was nice and supportive. It is not hard but it still the right amount of challenging. I am pretty sure I did not get the job because the last interview I had, which was the final round, was over two weeks ago and I still have not heard anything back. I would have just appreciated to get a simple rejection email.

Question 1
What process or strategies have you implemented to have a positive effect in sales results?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ClassPass (Dubai) in Jan 2024
Interview
Efficient and fast. Online test was surprisingly difficult.
they required me to do roleplay which is possibly the biggest waste of time imho
I really did get the impression it’s a case of your face fitting the role. Seems like a female dominated environment.
Would have definitely taken this role if offered but I had some reservations. Mainly about the negative sentiment of CP amongst venues. Also, get the impression things are pretty unstable and minimum job security.
Received no feedback despite doing 3 online interviews.

Question 1
How would you handle venues complaining about revenues accruing from classpass ie. Classpass users get cheaper than members
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ClassPass (Missoula, MT) in Apr 2023
Interview
The first round is a 20 minute call with a recruiter who asks basic question behavioral questions. Next is a case study assignment that tests your ability to respond to client emails. From there there is a Zoom interview with two current employees and then a final interview with the hiring manager. Everyone I encountered throughout the process was kind, professional and eager to answer all my questions. Although I ultimately didn’t get offered the job, it was a pleasant experience.
