      I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Class Limited (Sydney) in May 2021

      Interview

      I was approached on LinkedIn by a recruiter who asked if I would be interested in the role and was sent a JD and more info on the company. I was then contacted by the internal recruiter (phone interview) who was really nice and passionate about the company. She really put me at ease and provided a great deal of detail around the role, their culture, diversity and inclusion initiatives. It was a positive experience and she was really interested in my background and what I could bring to the role. The salary was below my expectation however I was changing industries and decided to move forward with the interview as I had not interviewed in over 7 years and I was clear on progression timelines. From there I interviewed with the team lead and sales manager via zoom the following week. Interviewers were candid and were really interested in my experience. The role was for a phone based account manager, looking after 500 accounts and involved cross selling/upselling and account health. The interview also revealed that it would involve some prospecting which I wasn't interested in given my previous experience and progression in my past roles. I was advised by the sales manager that I would hear back from the internal recruiter regarding next steps. This was over a month ago and I still have not heard a thing despite follow up emails asking for feedback. I understand I was not the right fit however I find it extremely rude to be ghosted after 2 interviews.
