Interview
The hiring process is pretty easy. Apply online then you'll get a call for a one on one interview. The person that interview me was pretty laid back. When I was interview we went to the food court to conduct the interview.
After being offered the position the manager could not tell me about pay or what I could potentially make. The person just kept referencing previous pay from other stores to me. This was why I could not work for this company. I work for money not hopes and dreams.

Interview
It was very relaxed. They really wanted to know your strengths and what you would bring to the company. They talk about personal experiences and they quickly bring it back to work questions. The interviewer wants to see if you can transition from on thing to another gracefully.
