THUMBS-UP:
1.) Prompt.
2.) Cordial.
3.) Interview questions were effectively composed and asked.
4.) Expectations were clearly conveyed.
THUMBS-DOWN:
Being 'ghosted' after the panel interview.
My expectation of a law firm of this caliber coupled with the fact that both interviewers were HR Coordinators was that I would have received an email or phone call letting me know that I was not moving forward in the selection process.
I would have expected this outcome from a business that may not be aware of the time and effort a candidate invests in the recruitment process. But to have this outcome from Clark Wilson LLP is extremely disappointing and quite frankly, unbecoming of HR "professionals".

Question 1
Combination of close-ended and situational questions.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Clark Wilson (Vancouver, BC) in Jan 2022
Interview
There isn't much to talk about as it was just a screening interview (phone) done by the HR generalist. She just wanted to find out if I filled the minimum requirements for the job. Obviously, I didn't, as the position was reopened days after the interview.
