The interviewers were welcoming and very nice people, everyone was polite and shared their experience working at Clark Construction. The interview process included a brief introduction of the company, four twenty minute rotations of interviews by human resources and engineers along a site visit to conclude.
After submitting the application, Clark reaches out for a quick screening call where they ask personality questions. upon passing you head to an in person interview that lasts around 4 hours where you have three one on ones.
