Interview with a recruiter for the first round after sharing my resume. Asked basic questions about my background and gave me description of job. Provided timeline and comp expectations. They provided an update on my application about a week later.
Phone Screening interview, followed by second followup phone interview. Interviewers seemed checked out of the whole process and talked about their recent vacation for a good portion of the call.

There is a written assessment followed by an interview over teams. It is conversational, assessing both technical as well as soft skills. The interviewers are good and supportive. But sometimes they can be misleading. It is advisable to ask good and strong questions when you get the chance.
