First round was a kind of meet and greet with a pretty simple coding question on functions and Booleans'. Second round was an assessment which was quite fun and informative, I learned a ton from it whether I got hired or not. The next round was cool, you get to show off your assessment and walk through the code, your logic and the website itself. Finally, a round table with the COO, CEO and other managers and senior developers which was actually quite laid back, lots of questions, it lasted about an hour and a half, and they made sure each interview didn't go over the time limit. Overall, it was a fine experience and I think more companies should adopt this form of interview, as it shows that a person is willing to learn, knows how to learn and problem solve, and will work hard without feeling entitled to something they didn't earn.
