Had one panel interview with CEO, COO, and heads of Rev Cycle, People, and Operations Director. Management clearly is clueless on the financial health of the company and has no desire to better understand it. There's been churn in this role since the organization's founding. I asked basic questions on cash, EBITDA, etc. and they seemed confused as to why I would want to know those. Unfortunately the people who wound up taking this role(s) each lasted <9 months. Run away from this place.
