Initial screening with HR representative; when I cleared that a weekish later I met with the actual team for around 2 hours for scenario questions and a debugging session. Turnaround was very quick. Everyone was very laid back and transparent – it was much more of a friendly chat that also happened to be about my resume and experience rather than a gauntlet to prove my worth to The Company Almighty. All parts of interview process done over Google Meet. It is sad this is a such a laudable achievement, but they were actually hiring an entry level candidate for an entry level position.
