Company respect there employees and understands employee situation.
The interview process was straightforward and focused mainly on manual testing concepts. It began with a short HR screening, followed by a technical round where I was asked scenario-based questions on test cases, bug reporting, and defect life cycle. The interviewer wanted to understand my practical approach to testing rather than just theoretical knowledge. They also checked my ability to think critically about requirements, identify edge cases, and communicate issues clearly. Overall, the process was professional and gave me the chance to demonstrate my problem-solving skills in real-world testing situations.

Intial there is normal interview round like mcq based then group discussion and also one to one interview with senior leaders .when going for specialization like penetration testing..they will arrange additional interview round for that.basic questions about owasp top 10.sql injection in detail,xss and tools like burp,sqlmap etc..
