CivicPlus interview questions

I had a Phone interview, a hiring manager interview, and the next step would be a panel interview. It seemed like all went well but got a rejection email quickly.

Pretty certain the recruiter was literally reading from a script. She sounded bored and indifferent. Not a great experience. I was also informed I'd hear from her regarding next steps with in 2 - 3 days. More than 2 weeks later I still hadn't heard anything so I followed up by email. Within 24 hours I received a generic rejection email with no context or feedback.
