While they were transparent about finding the right fit, I did not feel Civic valued the time, energy, and enthusiasm I put in as a candidate.
Companies that put candidates through an almost two month long, several round interview process and then makes them play the waiting game makes me lose interest in wanting to work for them.
I was actually relieved I wasn't selected because was interviewing at another company who interviewed me twice with very thorough and thoughtful sessions and I was offered the position a few days later.
That's how good companies operate: decisively and efficiently. Didn't get that with Civic.

Basic interview with account executive about expectations and company culture . First contacted by recruiter with referral and moved into interview with account executive . Easy going Interview one of better in memory
The interview was conducted by phone and went very seamlessly. I was very comfortable answering the questions and got answers to the questions I asked. Very professional and not intimidating in the least.
