Interview
Interview was a Phone Interview to just go over the job duties, touch base with the Recruiter(I worked with Candice she was fantastic), and introduce myself and my skillset. She asked scenario based questions to assess what I would do in certain situations and analyze my thought process in how I handled said situations. I've very used to these types of interviews so I found it easy. I approach interviews even panel interviews as a simple conversation.

Interview
The interview process took sometime to get off the ground. From the time of applying it took a month to get into my initial interview. After my first interview with the VP of Lending Operations I was told I would need to wait until the Sr. VP was back from vacation to participate in the second interview. During this time the recruiter working my case quit and I went without a contact for some time. The second interview was about two weeks later after I reached out to the recruitment team. I was told they would be making a final decision by the end of the week and would be notified accordingly. On Monday I received a boilerplate email from the recruitment team that said I was not selected. After two interviews with senior management I found it incredibly rude, impersonal, and unprofessional to not call. When I called to inquire what feedback I could get I had my call sent to VM and I have never heard back from the recruitment team.
