I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at CityWorks People + Places (San Diego, CA) in Mar 2022
Interview
Many, many interviews, tests, meetings, samples of past work, calls, and references checked. They don't seem to get that it's just a job and they should interview for skills and not treat candidates as if they were joining a family. Today's talent does not want to live their lives through work.

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at CityWorks People + Places (San Diego, CA) in Jul 2021
Interview
6 interviews that took 2.5 months to complete. They also ran a background check and called all my references. When I asked if we could speed up the final process, they decided to "let me consider other opportunities." I was devastated by the lack of respect in dragging out the process through countless tests, conversations and background screenings. It's a blessing in disguise, as this company clearly does not respect its employees or their time. They are also incredibly tech inept, as most of the top staff are boomers.

Question 1
Be prepared for 5+ interviews with multiple staff and at least 2 tests/presentations.
