I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CitySwift (London, England) in Jan 2025
Interview
5 stage interview but really insightful and shows the calibre of person they want which is really good to see. Heard back very quickly each time which again is great to see
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at CitySwift (Galway) in Apr 2025
Interview
I recently went through a lengthy four-stage interview process with CitySwift:
• Stage 1: HR Interview
• Stage 2: Hiring Manager Interview
• Stage 3: Interview with Head of Engineering and HR
• Stage 4: Final Interview with the CEO
After the final stage—an hour-long, seemingly positive conversation with the CEO—he personally told me I’d receive an update by the following Tuesday at the latest. That update never came.
Three weeks passed with complete radio silence. No courtesy email, no rejection notice—nothing. It wasn’t until I followed up myself that they attempted to call me within 30 minutes, making it clear that if I hadn’t chased them, I would’ve been completely ghosted.
This experience was incredibly disappointing and frankly disrespectful, especially coming from a company that puts candidates through such an intensive process. To reach the final stage, speak with the CEO, and then be ignored is unacceptable.
For a company that claims to value people and professionalism, this experience was a major red flag. It raises serious concerns about how CitySwift treats candidates—and possibly employees. If you’re considering interviewing here, proceed with caution.
Very disjointed process - took 4 months to get confirmation of next steps following first interview. My sense is that they are still developing their processes but still I’d be worried they are ready to really scale.

Question 1
Experience based questions which is fair but the first screening interview was vague about the role
