Hiring Process began by sitting for a civil service test. Once passed, and according to ones test score rank, the HR department head contacted the prospective employer via email to set up an interview.
Interview process was, overall, quite typical. The department conducted a 5 person panel interview asking typical interview questions like: greatest strength, greatest weakness, most challenging position/circumstance during previous employment, where does one see themselves in five years, etc. etc.; as well as a handful of industry specific questions to gauge baseline knowledge/competency.
Overall, did not consider the process to be difficult or challenging. The time frame from beginning to end, however, was roughly three months.
