After two weeks of applying online I recieved a message for phone interview. Soon after phone interview I was called for onsite where 8 to 10 people took an interview. Within 1 week I got offer.

Interview
It started with an online interview with the PI.
Then they call me for an in-person meeting with the PI and the team I would be working with.
It was all very good, professional but welcoming.

I applied online recommended by their recruiter. I was interviewed by another research associate. There was a second round of interviews with the Principal Investigator. The process took like 3 weeks.

I was asked more about myself, how I was fit for the job, and why City of Hope. I was asked how I manage multiple tasks and my organization techniques.
