The PTD (Personal Training Director) conducted the interview, it was very casual. During the interview he phoned in the regional manager via Skype and he asked me several questions as well.

Great the interview was about 30 minutes and if you know about personal training as well as how to create a training program, should be fine throughout the interview process.
