An informal process, looking for a personality fit more than anything.
Circa 30 mins, online call (Teams) with two interviewers. Very Friendly environment, asked about my understanding of the role I was applying to, and what I knew of the firm. Asked questions regarding past work experience, education, and current studies.

Question 1
Why did you chose to study econmics at university?
I applied online. I interviewed at City Fios (London, England) in Mar 2019
Interview
Applied on LinkedIn and the initial phone screening has been scheduled within a few days. A few minutes in I have realised that the job was different compared to how well it sounded in the job advert as this is mainly a data admin job - uploading and manipulating data rather than analysing.
When I have asked about development opportunities I have been told that if I do well for 2-3 years and if someone leaves the company there might be opportunities to get a promotion if they like me. Also, I could grow in the company if the company's revenue increased and they needed to employ more people. Well... City Fios has launched 20 years ago and only have 12 employees, so I'll leave it to you to judge the odds of that happening.
I didn't really click with the interviewer as I had to explain simple things several times, so it wasn't a surprise when I have been rejected without any explanation or feedback.
