It is a really unique interview process. The first stage is a technical test where you have 1-2 hours to complete an assignment. It is straightforward and does not require theoretical knowledge of Finance. After completing this stage, there is an interview with the CEO. It is a basic behavioral interview more in the vein of a chat than an interview. The interview is done on Skype.
