City Cruises interview questions

It was very comfortable. Questions were as expected and was a professional but also conversational experience. HR representative and department manager were both involved and friendly. They seemed to care about it being a good fit for me as well as them.

I was invited to interview as a MANAGER. I walk into my interview and theres 10 other people for all positions waiting. So i believe they never took a look at my app, they just held open interviews. I have a year of management experience but 10+ years bartending experience. Mind you, this is a tiny boat with maybe a few servers/bartenders working at a time. I’ve managed teams of almost 30 people. She kept trying to get me to apply to be a bartender for $17.95 an hour. I asked if I could get tips on top of that and she said possibly, but not guaranteed. What kind of bartender position doesn’t guarantee tips!??? And what kind of bartender would work for less than $18/hour? I declined. Not worth it.
