This position required a written test a few days before the scheduled interview. There was no phone screening. They were supposed to send a prompt to my email at a specific date and time and I was supposed to send it back within 15 minutes of receiving it, but they were late to send it and I had to call in to HR to have it sent. So...that wasn't a great first impression. Although it was an in-office position, the interview was via zoom. They did not give a good overview prior to the interview as to how it was structured, so it really threw me off. You enter a zoom lobby and are given 10 minutes to review the 10 questions they ask before they let you into the zoom "room" to meet with the interview panel, which was about 6ish people. I was then told I'd only have 20 minutes to answer all the questions, so it felt rushed. It was very cold and methodical, with no introduction or discussion of the position, just asking the questions. Not a friendly or welcoming atmosphere at all. After they asked their questions I was asked if I had any, but their response to everything was that I'd have to ask HR. However, when the interview ended they ended the call instead of sending me back to HR. So, I emailed HR asking what the timeline was for next steps or when I could expect to hear back and they never responded to me. It took about 2 weeks to receive the disposition email that I wasn't moving forward. Overall, a poor experience and I likely won't consider applying for a position there in the future.
