Interview
Phone screening, 45 minute conversation with a manager and a director (Hiring manager), 30-45 minute partner interview (1-2 partners). I passed the first 2 rounds with flying colours. In the last round, I only met with 1/2 partners. This guy was insistent on showing off the firm's growth and success and his better work-life balance than in his last job. Asked questions that I had already answered in other interviews. Overall, the interview went well, only for me to be rejected the next day by an automated email. No feedback provided. I don't think they even ended up hiring anyone for that position given that my interview ended at 2:45PM and the rejection came at 9:30AM the next day. Complete waste of time and energy and I was actually excited about the job. Why post a job and waste time interviewing people for it that you hired no one for?

conversations with every level i.e staff, senior, manager, sr manager, partner. no hard technical questions asked during my interviews. it was easy. they want people that can hold conversation more so technical knowledge
