I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Citizens (Cambridge, MA) in Jan 2025
Interview
I did one video interview where I had to record myself answering questions with hypothetical scenarios and pst experiences. Then I had an in person interview with the regional manager and a branch manager. This interview was mostly them sharing details about the role, letting me know how sales heavy it is, then I was asked to do a role play

Question 1
They asked about my sales experience and had me do a role play
Very welcoming, conversational. The manager was enthusiastic and spoke about the culture and job requirements. I felt positive about Citizens Bank, coming from another field. I do not have any thing else to say.
It was pretty standard and expected interview. I didn't get anything that i wasnt really expecting from a youtube video and asking industry questions. dont have issues at the moment with the process overall
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Citizens (Broadview Heights, OH) in Aug 2025
Interview
The interview process was very easy. I completed an online assessment and video interview first. After evaluating my online assessment and video interview, I was contacted by Citizens with different selections for scheduling an interview. I picked one, showed up early (as they ask that you show up 15 minutes early), and sat down with the Branch Manager. It was a great interview and the Branch Manager was very courteous and friendly while demonstrating that they were very passionate about their role with Citizens. It was a great interview experience.
