The interview process was great, everyone I spoke with was very nice and welcoming. The team was thorough and informative while discussing the position. Overall it was just a great experience.

First you have to complete an online assessment, that once completed is valid for 6 months. If you passed the assessment they schedule an in-person interview at the branch where they ask questions about your education and experiences , to tell about yourself, also role play where you need to respond using the STAR method and its also good to do a little bit of research about the bank and the credit cards they offer.
