Interview
The interview process is very welcoming for any individual looking to enter a new field of work. Prior to applying for the position, I wasn’t quite sure what I was getting myself into. Yet, after two calls with different recruiters and the interview with the Contact Center Sr. Manager the position and its obligations became easier to understand. The interviewer explored through my prior work experiences and interpersonal skills. During the interview you learn more about Citizens Bank and its mission. Through it all, the interview felt much more of a conversation rather than an interrogation.

Interview
Very pleasant interview process. I spoke to several people during my interviews and each one was very professional and courteous, however they also made me feel very comfortable and that I was an immediate part of their family. They promptly answered any and all of my questions and responded to my emails and calls quickly and efficiently.
