Had an initial interview with a recruiter which went very well, basic questions about my experience, why I’m interested in a new position, etc. Salary requirements were also discussed. Interviewed with the Hiring Manager a week later, this interview also went well, and I was able to learn more about the position in depth. I have followed up multiple times and receiving any sort of information from them is similar to pulling teeth. It’s been almost a month, I’ve not received an offer letter, nor an email stating I was not selected. The lack of communication here is a gigantic red flag.
