I applied through university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Citizens (Atlanta, GA) in Sept 2020
Interview
On campus 15 minute phone screen that will move you to the superday. The superday will happen the next week and be ~5 hours long depending on your time slots
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Classic behaviorials (tell me about yourself, team projects, leadership), easy accounting and valuation technicals, a brain teaser, and a company you would create
1st round behavioral, 2nd round technical, 3rd round super day 3x interviews with analysts, associates, and directors (1 behavioral, 1 cultural, and 1 technical). Fairly straightforward process, just study some technicals beforehand and have a good answer for why you want to work in IB.
I was interviewed by two analysts for 30 minutes. Was a mix of behaviorals and basic technicals with a question about current events/deals. The technicals were just basic DCF, depreciation through the 3 statements, etc.

Question 1
What is one deal that you have been following in the news?
Normal application into phone screening with standard behaviorals. Had a pretty fast turnaround into a 3 round superday. Got tripped up by a merger math case but heard that other applicants didn't have the same. Techs were easy other than that
