I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Citizens (State College, PA) in Mar 2020
Interview
simple interview - basic questions. Mainly ask you about basic interview questions like challenges you overcame and what you can bring to the table for them. They also asked basic technical questions that were very simple. Overall, the process was pretty straight forward.
Short 30 minute final round interview where we went through my resume and talked about APIs and asked basic behavioral questions. They asked me the same question in different ways several times so I gave them a separate scenario for each time they reworded the question.
AI and underwhelming format. Nonsensical questions and glitches ai voice led to a difficult and sub optimal experience. It was less than 15 minutes and was not at all what was conveyed beforehand
Hackerrank and Hirevue. Completed both early when I received the next step. The whole process took a month and a half where all the emails were automated saying to wait a few weeks longer for results, just to receive a rejection email with no reason explaining why. Waste of time.
