Interview
Phone contact for initial interview, then face to face on multiple interviews. The questions were mostly conversational and Citizens Bank seemed to want to understand whether I was fit for the role. There were no "gothcha" questions, mostly fact finding.

Questions were pretty basic and involved what are your skills.
There were 2 rounds and a recruiter call, all via phone. The interviews took some time. The interviewers were knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. They gave ample chances to respond to questions and examples to help explain their requirements.

What is your experience with IT risk frameworks such as NIST?
Contacted by HR who was great and I felt like I had a good shot based on her responses. We spoke for about 45 minutes. Was very open and said to email or call with any questions. Interview with manager was pretty good. When I emailed a follow up thank you he actually responded to tell me that my qualifications weren’t exactly what they were looking for. Some people don’t reply at all so I respect that he actually replied back.
