Interview
2 interviews. The first one you go into the office and chat with the director. Pretty lowkey. 2nd interview is an observation day. You go to work with one of the current employees and see how they do it. They train you on what to say at the door. The last hour (from 8-9pm), you get to knock on doors and canvass by yourself. Once back at the office, the director will talk with you about how your day went and you come to a mutual hiring decision with the director.

Interview
Short, then invited for 8 hour long volunteer shadow day. They then ask you to go and canvas by yourself at the end of the "interview" if you get signatures and enjoy knocking on peoples doors from 8-9 pm by yourself then you should do great! Defiantly not everyones thing.
