Citizen (UK) interview questions

The process was an initial informal 20 minute introduction to the role with hiring manager via Teams, mainly outlining the post, organisation, team and recruitment process and a very quick 'talk me through your CV' at the end (which felt a bit rushed given the time allocated). If successfully shortlisted this was then followed by a panel interview with competency-based questions.
