CitiusTech Java Microservices Developer interview questions

1. Technical Round 2. Received call for next round & ask for date-time for schedule interview 3. Received invite for meeting & after 30 min received updated regarding meeting cancellation. 4. After some time there is an email with content "We want to let you know that we are not able to process your candidature further for Java Microservices position"

I was told that before deployed in to a project I'll be having a training period of 1 month with IMPACT program . I will be trained in Microservices and Springboot . I passed the Technical Interview as I had some Experience in Java and Springboot . Later I got the Invite for Manager round , I did well . But I was rejected "because for past 1 year I was not In Development project" . The reason I am looking for a change in company is to get into a development project. What is the point of the IMPACT program if I am going to get rejected because I am not working on Development project ? I clearly had It on my resume and I have also told It to the Technical Interviewer. WHAT IS THE POINT OF THE TRAINING PROGRAM ?
