It was done virtually and I met with the management of the office. The interview was done in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Straightforward questions and self introduction, and they introduced the company and stressed work life balance as a value there - which doesn’t seem to be the reality based on my experience.
Interview process was quick and sociable. You're met with the directors you would be working with and they put a friendly front, leaving you unbeknownst to the long OT hours and overworked office environment that awaits you.
Casual chat and written test, not very hard just be yourself and understand some basic info of the company. The process is smooth and the people are nice. Just ask about your passion and why you would like to join the firm.
