I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Citibase (Aberdeen, Scotland)
Interview
The person responsible for the recruitment gave me an impossible appointment for interview and when I tried to contact her or him (as did not signed the email with a name, very professional) her phone was always at voicemessage. I have left her 2 voicemessages and sent an email. I would not recommend a company who treats possible candidates like her did. If they are not getting back to you, what could they be in actual working?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Citibase (London, England) in Mar 2017
Interview
I applied online and was then invited to a telephone interview . The day following the telephone interview I was invited to attend a one-to-one interview with a Director in London.
The next stage was an informal meeting with a member of staff in the same role (Area Manager), which was a great opportunity to ask questions in order to gain a first hand insight about the company and more specific details surrounding the day to day responsibilities of the role.
The final stage was a Skype interview with two Directors in which I was asked to prepare a powerpoint presentation to cover my plan for the first three months in the role.
