I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Citadel (Miami, FL) in Oct 2022
Interview
I did 7 interviews
Respectfully I did them perfect and the last one went so well this girl was so nice and gave me her email for any questions throughout the process
She ended up being the one to reject me
The Interview seemed rushed and manager appeared unintereseted from the onset. I was not given the opportunity to share the full scope of my experience before the interview was concluded.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Citadel
Interview
Headhunter screen, 1 hr call w hiring manager, 5 hr on-site. Got positive feedback as it was coming in post interview, then a bit of a runaround and silence for 3 weeks. Had to ping headhunter for update/feedback and think they went with someone more experienced in the end. On-site experience was first class and very professional, post on-site experience and communication were a bit disappointing. But can’t be too upset since a lot of recruiting is like this anywhere

Question 1
Standard resume walkthrough; talked thru tough searches, motivations; metrics like pass through and closing rates. Bit surprised by the amount of duplication between interviews, content didn’t feel very structured
The first round was a 45 minute long video chat with a lead in recruiting. I honestly enjoyed the interview itself but they ghosted me after the one call. I am not shocked as I have heard such negative things about the company, but I was giving it a shot and hoping for better.
