I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Cisco
Interview
One phone screen with a university recruiter, followed by a Webex Interview with two current supervisors a couple weeks later. Following that, I received information about a day-long online event with other applicants and Cisco employees that involved some talks, a Q&A with the current employees, and three interviews back to back. One Technical, One Activity (read a whitepaper for 25 minutes and discuss it with two engineers), and one core interview. All were panel interviews except for the core interview, which is kind of a general culture & experience interview. Very comfortable process, heard back right away.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself. Working in team environment, and how would you handle disputes
Good and it included a lot of challenging puzzles. I was directly recruited from my college, so there were 3 rounds 1 technical, 1 managerial and HR round. It was a good experience overall
