Good process. Great interview panelists with good knowledge of the domain and the industry. Several struck as people who have been rotting too long in the same positions. The senior director I spoke to was to "high level" as if technology were for the mere coolies and like he was above it all.

Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn. We had a Webex discussion then he set up a manager phone screen. This was followed by all day on-site series of interviews. On-site included in person and Webex interviews.

The hiring manager quickly arranged for an online video interview. All appeared to go well, however the questions all were inclusion and diversity related for an engineering management position. Never felt like I was a true candidate due to lacking diversity, and therefore did not hear my inclusion experiences as a manager in my previous employer.
