Fairly easy - mostly behavioral questions for on campus recruiting. Interviews were scheduled after several on campus visits.
It's important to know about the company; know the leadership, what they are pursuing. Research Cisco before going in and talking to recruiters.
Very impressed by the turnaround time -- less than a week to receive my offer.
