Cisco Implementation Manager interview questions

I recently went through the interview process at this company, and I have to say, it was one of the disorganized and disrespectful experiences I've ever had. The initial interview with the hiring manager who showed up 10 minutes late and proceeded 45 minutes longer than scheduled. It was clear they had no regard for candidates' time. The next round required me to prepare a presentation, which I spent 5 days setting up a lab and generating a detailed report. However, I was only given 5 minutes to present my findings then interviewer proceeded to ask a series of unrelated technical questions, completely disregarding the work I had put in. After the interview, I followed up with TA inquiring feedback, but I never received a response. This lack of communication and disrespect for candidates' time and efforts is unacceptable. Overall, my experience with this company's interview process was extremely disappointing. They clearly do not value the time and efforts of their candidates. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional and respectful interview experience.
