In a nutshell - Trust the reviews. The entire process is an insult to you. I have given a lot of interviews in my life and this has got to be the most humiliating and insulting experience I have ever had during an interview process. The entire process from start to finish lacked energy, respect and any interest in the candidates. The first round was with the HR and the second question they asked me was if I was willing to work weekends and overtime. This came up repeatedly in further rounds as well. That should tell you a lot about the company and the way they treat employees. They have a list of printed questions hurriedly copied from the internet, that they will keep asking you. Irrespective of what you answer, there wil be no engagement, no follow up questions, no conversations nothing. And ofcourse, the interviews will go beyond the schedule duration. One of my interviews extended by 30 minutes and a second interview with them extended by almost 1 hour. After completing 2 rounds of interview, a take home assignment AND a personality test (which reminds you of the tests back in 6th grade in school), I was told that there is a final round with the MD/Owner and it's scheduled for 1 hour. He will be late to your interview and then go on to ask you questions from the same printed list of "50 questions to ask candidates during your interview". Not kidding. You'd imagine an MD is someone who runs a tight schedule. But hey - who cares about YOUR time? He will happily continue extending the interview for 2 hours without even apologizing once. All because he needs to finish his list of 50 questions. And even after you complete the so called "final" round, the HR will email you asking for a physical meeting with the MD/Owner again, only this time, promising that this is the final round. They say that since the MD is out on business trips, he will be able to take the meeting only 14 days later. Reluctantly I agreed. Another mistake from my end. Because after waiting for 14 days and prepping for your meeting, 5 hours before you're scheduled to meet him, they will call you and tell you that they have filled the position. It's like their interview process consistently keeps meeting expectations. If your expectations are to feel insulted, and your time to be wasted. Calling them unprofessional would be a compliment to them. Please avoid. At all costs.
