I had a positive overall interview experience with the company. The process started with an initial call from an Indian recruiter, and within two days my first technical interview was scheduled.
The first interviewer was a Senior Software Engineer from the Sri Lankan office. He was very friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the interview. Whenever I became nervous, he helped me relax and guided the conversation smoothly. The discussion focused mainly on Java concepts, and he also gave me a coding exercise to evaluate my problem solving skills. It was one of the most pleasant technical interviews I've attended.
The second interview was conducted the very next day with a Principal Software Engineer with a Srilanka Team. This round was more in depth and focused heavily on my previous projects, software architecture, system design decisions, and REST API development. The interviewer was extremely knowledgeable and asked insightful questions that encouraged meaningful technical discussions. The interview lasted around 1.5 hours and was both challenging and enjoyable
The HR interview was scheduled one day later. During this discussion, we talked about compensation and other employment details. I was pleasantly surprised by the salary package offered, especially as a fresh graduate.
After the HR round, there was no communication for about six days before I received an email requesting my documents. Following another waiting period of around 15 days, I finally received the offer letter. I was then asked to join within four days.
While the interview stages themselves were organized and moved very quickly, the waiting periods between updates felt somewhat long. Nevertheless, the interviewers were professional, supportive, and respectful throughout the process
