Got called on Friday and was asked if I could interview on Monday in the store. Did the interview and was offered the job immediately. After accepting the offer the same day I filled out everything for background check and then once it came back I started work

The interview was Fairly quick and an easy process, Quick conversation, hired on the spot, afterwards I was asked when I could start, then I started the job shortly after.

It took weeks to hear from the store manager, even though she had my application from day 1. Went in to speak with her, to find out that I had to do a separate interview with a hiring manager. I waited another week for that. Then by the following week my background check came back and I went to training.
