The process was a 3 interview process with HR screening followed by line manager interview and finally a presentation to HR + Line manager + Department head. The entire process itself went well and was efficient. Post the final interview the company checked with my references and then I was informed that I didn't get the role.
I was informed by a short email and, considering the amount of time and effort which had gone into the process I asked for some further feedback on performance and whether the reference checks were part of the decision making process. It has been over a week without reply despite a follow up email a couple of days later. It does leave one with a poor impression of Circle K.
