Applied through email. They called and set up an interview via zoom. Interview process was fairly good. The hr and CEO took the interview. First of all the hr asked me about my previous job and why i left it, and asked my desired salary and then the technical viva began.

There were two technical interviews and one HR interview. The hiring process took around 2-3 months. The questions were mostly about Python & Django. Some OOP and software architecture questions were also asked. The technical interviews were easy. After that in HR interview, salary negotiation happened.
