Cintas First Aid & Safety Production Manager interview questions

Had a phone interview to screen me for this position. Then I went in for an interview 2 days later. I basically was asked 5 questions about stressful situations in previous jobs. So I spent almost an hour answering the same question asked 5 different ways. Then I was informed that the supervisor for my department was on vacation and I would need to come in next week to finish the other half of the 1st interview process.
