you will have no less than 5 interviews and one computer analysis.
there are no free form questions, everything is read from paper 10-15 questions per interviewer. everything you say will be written down.
showed up to the interview that no one knew i was schedule for. when i was finally interviewed everything was rushed and unorganized. i was scheduled for an interview with the GM that was on Vacation for the week, delaying my interview process.

Interview
It took 2 months and 7 interviews from key management positions including HR in the location. A lot of behavioral type questions for the interviews.
Once you get to the GM you are pretty much in good shape.
You get to do a ride along on a route which was very helpful. That's also where you gain real insight into the position.

Interview
Applied online and did a phone interview, face to face interview with HR rep, ride along and then an interview with the sales manager and general manager after the ride along. All interviews were very structured and in the STAR format. Everyone i encountered during my experience was great and handled me in a professional and warm manner

Question 1
It was all pretty basic STAR questions. Tell me about a problem you had at work and how you fixed it. Tell me about a time a customer was difficult. Tell me about your accomplishments. As long as you answer these questions fully and coherently you should be fine.
