I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Cintas (Wilkes-Barre, PA) in Apr 2018
Interview
It’s long! And the company admits that’s why they can’t hire quality employees because the process is too long.
There’s multiple interviews, and a “ride along” with one of the drivers to see what the jobs like.
I understand their process, they don’t want to waste their time, but they need to restructure their plan.

Interview
It took incredibly long. At least 4 months to get hired. Absolutely ridiculous, when they were hurting for employees, due to high turnover. I found the interview process to be stressful, lengthy and frustrating.

They asked STAR questions. Amongst a ton of other questions.
Ride alongs and multiple interviews. More time consuming than you'd expect, but worth the effort as it results in dedicated, competent staffing. They'll make sure you're a fit for the job, which isn't for everyone due to the physical, high energy and thorough nature of the day to day activities.
first you will do a ride-along with another SSR then return to be interviewed. 3 interview process
